EUROCERT: Once Again, an Active Participant in the Diversity in Business Conference

EUROCERT actively participated in the 7th Diversity in Business Conference, which took place on October 9 at the Zappeion Megaron, with great success and the attendance of representatives from businesses, institutions, and the State.

Mr. Giorgos Theodoropoulos, Deputy Certification Director of EUROCERT, presented the benefits of implementing the Diversity System Certification Scheme. This scheme is based on the principles of the International Standard ISO 30415:2021 “Diversity and Inclusion” and the Diversity Charter. It is the result of collaboration between EUROCERT and Diversity Charter Greece and constitutes an important tool for any organization wishing to integrate and establish diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) as an organizational value, as well as a factor that contributes to a strategic competitive advantage.

This participation took place in the framework of the presentation of the findings from the first targeted Survey in Greece on Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace, conducted by Diversity Charter Greece, TACK TMI Greece, and Optimal HR Group, in collaboration with the research company FOCUS BARI S.A.
