Takis Theofanopoulos, Executive Advisor of EUROCERT, on the Judging Panel and at the Awards Ceremony of the Greek Hospitality Awards 2025

Takis Theofanopoulos, Executive Advisor of EUROCERT, participated as a member of the judging panel for the Greek Hospitality Awards 2025 and also had an active role as an award presenter in selected categories, reaffirming the strong link between certification and excellence in the tourism and hospitality sector.

The awards — a long-standing institution for Greek hospitality — once again highlighted the businesses that stand out for their quality, innovation, and commitment to the values of the authentic Greek experience. More than 130 distinctions were presented in total, covering all aspects of tourism, as well as special honorary categories for businesses and organizations recognized for their overall contribution to the industry.

On the occasion of this year’s event, Mr. Theofanopoulos emphasized the importance of certification in tourism, noting that quality, safety, and sustainability standards are essential tools for the continuous improvement of services and the strengthening of visitor trust.
